"The house itself was well maintained but the yard, dock, and porches were a different story! The hrass and weeds were so over grown. The porches were COVERED in spider webs and eggs sacs and spiders galore. Before being able to enjoy the dining table on the upstairs porch we had to kill all the spiders and knock down more spider webs than I’d ever like to remember.
